Christine has played a key role in supporting Warren with the business, primarily focusing on managing the website and overseeing all marketing aspects. She also coordinates the management of residential and commercial rental properties, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both tenants and owners.
With a strong understanding of the local property market and the island lifestyle, she occasionally assists with property enquiries and shares her firsthand knowledge with potential buyers. When needed, she also steps in to show properties—when the sales team is busy—adding a personal touch to the clients experience.
She enjoys the autonomy and satisfaction that comes with running a business and values the balance between work and the laid-back lifestyle that Espiritu Santo offers. Its proximity to New Zealand and Australia makes it easy to enjoy regular visits home to spend time with children, grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
